On the morning show La Cantine on (V télé), François and I are guests with spring greens, and the first wild summer offerings.  I make a duck gizzard, heart and breast salad with an interesting mix of wild greens, and my wild chimichurri (wild garlic and wild herb vinaigrette).  François complains about the mosquitos.  And as usual, we run out of time with all the wild edibles to explain..
