Top quality happily pastured venison (cerf rouge) available by the carcass 5$ a pound (180-220lb); We have approx 15 heads (a year) to sell that we don't use.  At 18 monthes now, which is the perfect size (for yield and taste while still tender). Available with one week notice if called in before Monday.
