Des Kiwis et des Hommes July 2, 2007:  9-10:30am and 11pm

On Radio Canada (Channel 4) every morning in the summer, Hosts François Redy and Boucar Diouf invite a chef and a couple of other guests (writers, actors, politicians, activists, personalities in the news) to cook, eat and chat at Jean Talon market. 

On the Monday of the holiday weekend, we will be there.  I will be cooking two dishes, scrambled eggs with boletus and a composed salad with all kinds of wild greens, smoked duck, almonds, parmesan and a wild berry vinaigrette.  François will display and talk about a number of edible wild plants in season.
