On the morning show La Cantine on (V télé), François and I are guests with spring greens, and the first wild summer offerings. I make a duck gizzard, heart and breast salad with an interesting mix of wild greens, and my wild chimichurri (wild garlic and wild herb vinaigrette). François complains about the mosquitos.
