Why Veganism is not the answer if you want to save the planet! Important reading, especially now that so many people are going vegan and all and high and mighty about it – so off base! It’s not meat persay that is the problem but how we produce most of our meat -the industrial system.  Why ditch local wholesome cheese and eggs in favour of imported coconut and cashews and sketchy mass-produced tofu and gums?
